EDIT: Although the "move the island" thing does lend credibility to that whole theory where the island was acutally inside the earth-insanely-complicated-thing.

I never understood the accusations of ridiculousness in Lost. Being a science fiction sort of show, I generally assumed that everyone had a sort of suspension of disbelief when watching the show. But tonight was the first episode thus far where I actually responded to the TV with "That's just ridiculous, you can't be serious."

That being said, it was an amazing episode. Tonight I gained a vague understanding of where exactly this show is heading, and there is no way in hell I can give up the show now. As Xavier said above, I am lost but enjoying every minute of it.
