Oh, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't one of the key messages among anon protestors to NOT break the law, do NOT incite violence, do NOT get arrested, as none of those things help the cause?

Another board that I go too mentioned how Anon is in the wrong here because of "Anonymous death threats" and bomb threats, which just kind of strikes me as confusing the group Anonymous, with actual anonymous death/bomb threats.

Just a thought here, though this may imply the wrong thing. From my understanding is basically we have something of a mob like attitude going on. Now usually mobs are all hot headed and going out for blood for immediate results( cue in peasants mobbing Frankenstein), not thinking and reacting in "smart" ways over time. Anyone can be part of a mob and essentially all are quite faceless and on equal grounds.

Only standards people place on you is how well you present yourself and react towards others and of course in this case what knowledge you have. Anon as a group is a mob based on knowledge(free knowledge) and lucky for us in this day and age it is extremely easy to pass around. Anonymous as a person still is what it has always been, someone not wanting to take credit for information, idea, or product.

Understandably police, Co$, and governments are trying to look for leads cause of course often there is someone behind something of this scale. But if you look at the ratio of people that are on the net, really 7,000-9,000 protesters isn't that much. I truly give props(and a few internets) to those who have the courage to participate in the protests. They(Co$, media) fail to miss the fact that most people who claim to be Anonymous have a cat like attitude and their own reason for involvement, not that recruitment doesn't take place. Because of how fast info is passed now people like Mark Bunker, Tory Christman, and Jenna Miscavige Hill who are not anon but all have vital information and wise words can be heard and make a huge impact.
