Jalzahn and Snapshot

I know a while ago VZX did some ranged delay tests. Has there been any confirmation on how Snapshot affects this? My next question of course is how Jalzahn's ring impacts ranged delay, how does it compare to the 2-6% delay reduction from snapshot merits? I tired doing some searches, but I haven't seen any estimates or guesses, so I was wondering if anyone had some info on this~

Excavation Duty sounds like an easy way to do the tests. I guess I'm kinda interested how the reduced delay actualli affects the shots. Would be nice to know the estimated delay reduction on the ring too. =o
