BLU failures here

Had these two in a party yesterday. No swaps for these two. Everything there is what it looks like, I just hit some high notes.

This kind of shit is why I get things like, "Wow. I didn't know BLU was that good," "Shit, you parsed WHAT!?" or, "I thought BLU sux jajajaja."

Seriously, it pisses me off. Every BLU I've seen on Ragnarok with the exception of a FEW (read: 4-5) are all MP full-time toting, AF hands in exp, Ifrit's blade at 75 FUCKING TRAIN OF FAIL. I love blue mage because of its utility, but I hardly get to play the damn job because half of our server appears to be under the assumption a blue mage can't earn their keep in DD, AND PEOPLE LIKE THAT PROVE THEM RIGHT.

I do get a sick pleasure anytime I party with another BLU like that. I regularly read out the parse info just to be a complete asshole about it.

Granted my BLU isn't the best, I have the same problem. Too many people are like "MP RINGS/EARRINGS LOLOLOLZ" and it's stupid. It's come to the point where I hate to invite other BLU's.

It's not even like a MP setup helps. Ooh, one more F.Rip or Disseverment with no accuracy gear! And I really don't invite other BLUs. There's one I know in my LS that's geared right and I'll invite him when he wants to play it, but if I don't know said person, I'm not inviting them. And it doesn't take much to make me not hate a BLU. Do you have a SH for TP, even a Jaridah Peti? AF Body for casting? Jaridah hands? Pallas' Braclets? (They're 40k on our server, no reason to not have them, prior ones are stupidly cheap.) Optical hat for casting? Walmart turban for TP? Do you set spells that make sense? etc. (omg fut kik goez!)
I spent a lot of money to get the best gear I could via the AH, and now I'm going after the better R/EX gear. I could make millions deconning BLU, but I love the job so much I treat it well.

My favorite blue mage on Ragnarok, who I've posted here before, sometimes gets parties with me because I don't know he's there beforehand, and he's wearing the same stuff he did at 60. (Full AF+MP+Storm feet. \:D/ Actually, that infuriates me because I wanted those pre-rutters and I spammed that assault for them.) Anyway, it's always a checkfest with him because I blink like mad between TP, casting, and CAWS gear.) Sometimes I see with with slightly improved gear (read: barely) too. But he's my shining star of shit about why I really do hate other blue mages so much. I confronted him about his gear via said parse privately, being constructive and telling him cheap alternatives that would make my 4x damage gain go away. (No, I'm not joking. I was doing more than 4 times his overall damage; it was sad.) He just didn't care, and I don't know enough words to describe how much I hate that attitude.

The people who at least try, even if their gear isn't top notch, are the ones I like. Elite gear doesn't lift you up, because I still see MP toting homam/morrigan BLUs too. (And that fills me with a greater rage than the not-caring attitude.)

No legs cause I'm too poor to afford black cuisses for a retired job but I use Dusk Trousers that a friend lent me for THF/WAR (no homam, gtfo) but they make me slow. >.>

Edit: Lol. He got bomb aggro after first wall, died and HPd, we managed to win with 3.

Those BLUs make me . It honestly isn't that hard to gear for BLU imo, but I guess for me it's because I was there when everything was first being discovered.
