I was helping some people the other day and some THF came in and never changed gear... Anyway, it wasn't horrible enough to post in this thread but he's been THF for a few years if I remember right and I just hit 75 and my gear was(is) better than his. >_>

Heh, Talosan is in my social ls and he is by far, the cheapest player I have ever met. If you think this is sad, you should see his bard equip (I once got a /tell about how bad his gear was during a party with a couple ls mates and some randoms, the guys exact words were "Shittastic Bard", can't remember much other than that). Suffice to say, level 14 chr rings on a 75 bard, I bet you can imagine how good the other equip is. Its weird because I know he has gil, he just never spends it on anything. He's got 75 whm, brd, pup and they are all geared like this. Boggles my god damn mind.

I've tried talking to him about his gear, but he's just a cheap cheap cheap person. Our ls leader is from Las Vegas, and Tal decided to meet up with them while he was in LV on vacation. They were eating lunch, and he refused to order the half price margarita at the bar he was in, because he had a coupon for a bar across the street for 1 dollar margaritas.



Edit: I didn't think the above story really described his cheapness. The entire 5 days he was in LV, he spent $90. It was himself and his 2 kids.
