The AF2 isn't that gimp if he were going to SE Hundred Fists (but lol MNK/DRK)
But then he is wearing Tiphia Sting -25 HP I believe.
He could be using a Gigant Mantle, but I guess with shitty gear like that he can't afford a proper HP setup.

Haste from gear has no effect during hundred fists, which is what his setup looks like it's for (albeit a budget mnk/drk built looks like) but if you think 3 STR is going to outperform 10 Acc during hundred fists you're most likely mistaking.

He has a 7 hit build with 5% haste and he doesn't have to use Attila's Earrings, his gear is awesome.
