I was collecting a metric fuckton of people, but it's all on my old harddrive that crashed. So I'll give you two people instead:

The SAM:
This was his fulltime gear, no swaps. Other mentionable items are the Hachiman pants & headpiece. Nothing like a little slow, -Acc and -R.Acc to help you out, eh? Oh, obligatory DOMARUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

The BLU:
I'll give people it's an okay sword, but he wasn't even trying to break it... he wasn't even skillchaining with it. He'd randomly Vorpal and didn't use Chain Affiinity except once at the start (we balanced out jnun and imps. He didn't have amnesia any more than I did.)
Anyway, that's his full time setup. I've seen worse BLUs by far, but eugh.

to who gets what he's offhanding. I'll give you a headstart, it's a bad DoT weapon that only BLU get and has MP. GO!

Okay, so. Each of these pictures speak for themselves, except Rezokuken. I hate him so much. (These are from my laptop, so no QQ' about the background resolution.)


Let me give some backstory. I first met him in that party. Take a good, long look at his gear. He's still wearing the same things at 73, full-time, no blinks. He started this trend of inviting my BLU and my friend's RDM to parties. I felt bad for him at first and we went to two parties, which were backed up by myself and 1-2 more top-notch DDs for the level, so we got good exp/hour. At the thrid invite in Caedarva, I had a little /tell conversation with him. Which turned out like this, simplified, "You know your gear is awful and you parse about 23-25% accuracy in our parties right?", "yeah i no." THAT WAS IT. "yeah i no" WHAT THE FUCKING HELL!?!?! gfdols;gjolsaghjrwaogijrgoedjl;kjrglksrgj

Anyway, he's gimp as fuck. And I apologize for the soon double post, but imageshack doesn't play nice with direct links and I can only do 3 thumbnails. This is worth it.

MOAR GIMPZ, but it's worse.

The RDM is a wise gear (yeah, I know, that's not so gimp.) RDM with *HQ* staves. You be the judge.

The BLU though, oh my god. I *KNOW* it's a town shot, but I've seen him EXP in this. Offhanding a martial anelace FOR THE MOTHER-F'ING WIN. (He's mainhanding one too.)

The last one is a huh picture. This PLD is in Campaign, I know, but still... I find this a very odd piece to even *OWN*.

I don't see anything wrong with the rdm in the last pic, wise cap isn't a bad choice gear is like an elite beret, wise legs aren't bad at all too, it looks he is on mp gear in that pic.

Eh looks like a half-assed enfeebling set without the MND/INT that good RDMs usually put into theirs(yay for stacking MP!).

Nothing wrong with the Wise Cap by itself though, it's one of the better enfeebling pieces you can use in that slot until you get an a Chapeau or Crim Mask.

Wouldn't Elite Beret > Wise Cap? Or the difference between the two was small, I'm not too sure about the mage stuff.

Wise Cap is 5 m.acc, if we go with rule after 200 skill, that is like 4.5 ~ 4 enfeebling skill, i said "isn't a bad choice", elite beret is better if you want a bit more enfeebling magic, now explain me why wise legs are bad, yea you can argue that 8mnd/8int from mahatma are better, and imo mahatma/errant > wise legs (actually i don't use any wise gear), but can't say is a gimp confused player because he uses these 2 pieces of gear.

That, except Wise Cap also is one of the best pieces RDM can use in the head slot for Drain/Aspir, making it more useful than the Elite Beret overall. The only thing I'd knock him for is he has a massive amount of MP but almost non-existant INT/MND boosts for potency, if that's his full time gear he is in fact a little gimp, if that's a Convert/Full Rest set there's nothing that wrong with it.

He is confused for choosing to look fruity in Wise gear. The overall set looks pretty gimp TBH, and wise legs are pretty garbage compared to errant or mahatma. Just my opinion.

SE said INT and MND effect MACC. Errant/Mahatma give roughly 4MACC... So yeah, that's better than Wise+1. (I'm assuming 2INT/MND = 1MACC ?_?)

The inventory space will be taken either way...you will have AF(+1) for nuking/FastCast, then 1 other hat for debuffing. If you're lucky it's AF2 or Crim Mask, if you're not that lucky it's Nashira, and if you're not lucky at all it's a Wise Cap or Elite Beret. Since you'll be carrying one on you anyways you may as well have one that serves more than one purpose.

So not carrying around wise gear for aspir = more inv space... I wouldn't use wise gear for anything else.. <_<. Elite berret for enfeeb head if you can't get af2/whead.
