Basically within the last couple weeks I've noticed that while browsing pages (any page, in any browser) it can take (and does more often than not) an incredibly long time for them to load (anywhere from instant to a minute). I don't know what would've caused this, seeing as I did nothing to tinker with my internet security software/router. My download/gaming speeds are uneffected, just browsing the web. I've disabled my Kaspersky firewall to see if it helped, and nothing. I also phoned my ISP and they went through the usual useless shit which didn't help in the least (deleting cache/cookies/temp files). My router has a firewall that I haven't touched since I got it, but it suddenly wouldn't start causing this when before it was fine, right? Also, I looked at my router log, and there is a shitton of TCP/UDP packet rejections coming from the port my torrent client uses, and I would like to see those NOT be rejected (I'm assuming that's hurting my seeding ability?), so what would I have to do?
I know there are some people who work for ISPs that browse these forums, so hopefully they'll be more help than my ISP was.
