some new FFXIII/verses screens

All X-2 had was a fantastic battle system.

And great minigames, and great story once you're halfway through and it moves off of Light hearted gameplay to a serious tone about Vegnagun. The only thing I didn't like in FFX-2 was the music, aside from a few signature songs, it was a terrible OST.

The first 10 hours of FFX-2 are the worst I've ever experienced in an RPG. The story and pace do pick up after that, but the characters and music mostly range from weak to apalling throughout the game.

It doesn't necessarily mean that Toriyama is a bad director, or that the director will make or break every game. But having witnessed how much it affected FFXII, I'm a little worried.

When looking through all those screens, one resonated with me for some reason, and after some watching and digging I present you with this image that I made:

If you look at the inset pic I put in the final fantasy screen, they are both wearing similar suits, ties, shirts, and have EXTREMELY similar facial features. However the kicker for me was that they are both sitting in the same type of chair.

Final Fantasy + Die Hard.... at the same time..... A man can dream.

Also... the guy with the gun, in the knit cap.... looks like a non-anime version of Kisuke from Bleach.

This game has way too much wet-dreaming material going on. From the thought of near-CG graphics gameplay to the little tidbits like flying your own fuckin airship again, all sound too good to be true. I'm eagerly waiting on what they plan on showing at E3.
