    I whole heartedly believe this to be true. Resists on Salvage bosses are very noticeable when I'm lacking MND gear and haven't yet used a MND cell despite having 320~ skill. The same appears to be true with elemental magic, I had significantly more Blizzard III resists on QQTH in Arrapago when lacking an INT cell. Also, I'm going out on a limb here, but I believe attributes can increase the potency of some enfeebling skills other than what is already confirmed. Enfeebling spells where duration is the potency (Sleep, Bind, Gravity) seem to be enhanced in that I get fewer half/quarter/etc. resists with more INT.
    I think in the case of Salvage, you have to remember, regardless of what type of spell you are casting, INT or MND is always part of the equation, and when your base stat is cut so severely by the pathos, the <Player's INT/MND> vs <Mob's INT/MND> part of any spell equation is so heavily in favor of the mob, that you're going to often have issues regardless of how much +skill or +M.Acc you have until your INT/MND stat is brought up to a decent amount.

    It doesn't affect Slow/Slow II. Barring resists, Slow is fixed duration.
    Sleep 2 lasting 45 or 60 seconds is a "resist", and that resist is driven by skill and not INT.

    Do you have any hard data on that?
    I've had partial resists on ES Sleep II (on neutral day).
    I'm led to believe INT is actually the stat that affects partial resists.

    I posted earlier, but as a quick recap:
    First NA attempt on our server at Jorm, wayyyy back in the day. The strat to deal with the bombs was to pull them all in the ice cave and keep slept. This went on for 7 hours (and we wiped at 3%, twas a full melee setup, no SMN, etc, yada yada)

    Anyways, it was myself and 2 BLM's who kept them asleep....for 7 hours. You can imagine the number of times I started and stopped my stopwatch.

    As I recall, I had 324 skill at the time (capped merits, and whatever gear). The BLM's were not gimp at all, I think I remember finding out they were in the 290s.

    Long story short, my sleepga's never resisted...ever. 60 seconds, every time, all 5 bombs, every single time I cast it. I cast the majority of the sleeps, but over the course of 7 hours biological things occur. When the taru BLM's would cast, about 1 out 5 times times a bomb would wake up early. Most notable was on a ES Sleepga2, 2 of the 5 bombs woke up at 45 seconds and a 3rd at 60s.

    I don't believe INT helps to determine sleep duration.
