Yeah this would probably explain what happened to the BLUs and CORs, but the PUP AF NPC did hint that more armor for pup did exist, but the technique was lost a long time ago.Originally Posted by Rocl

I was always under the impression that all Vanguard/Hydra Corps/Kindred/statues/ahriman/dragons (and maybe the Qufim boss and Nightmare Taurus?) in CoP Dynamis are supposed to be real. Or is everything there (except the Diabolos avatars) supposed to be a dream?Dynamis - Buburimu is full of freaking dragons, servants of the Shadow Lord not seen since the Crystal War. Oddly enough, I seem to remember this intrepid young woman helping me defeat a shadow dragon...
But it is Lion, and it's hard to deny that if you put the pieces together. (Love that bee theory. 8) Wait, I just had a thought. Couldn't she have been able to subconsciously remember yellow bees because she's actually Tavnazian or something?)
Actually, perhaps Atomos has been around for a while.Originally Posted by Rocl

It's not that hard to imagine a few of our ranks getting enough attention to be recruited into the elite.
At least that's just my secret wish, since I just want some AF2.
BLU/COR/PUP relic armor or materials to make it will be dropped in Einherjar, and stuff to make HQ Relic will be purchased via ampoules. AF+1 material will be obtained from Salvage, Nyzul Isle, and/or FL Assault.
Mark my words.
This is a pretty bad idea so maybe you will be right. I personally don't think I could imagine a stupider or lazier way to implement any of this.Originally Posted by Sagacious Sundi

EDIT: By the way, they did hint at the Empire being somehow involved with Haja Zwhan's ability to command her unit. (Yes, I know she is the leader of Zwhan or whatever.) Also, flan models are apparently part of WotG's models, which, from my understanding, are BLUs who cast too much spells for their body to handle or something like that.
Watch me come up with excuses for BLU/COR/PUP participating in the war:
-BLU: Rogue Immortals that abandon the Empire, choosing to fight for the good of the world.
-COR: Want to get aid from the Middle Lands in their effort, but end up fighting for their lives.
-PUP: Imperial spies that are sent to learn of Middle Land technology (namely Cardians).
Or they could just make it that the materials used to make the armor (not the armor itself) drop in Dynamis, like some are suggesting.
I think the person who's involved in creating the hydra corps armor(relic) is going to end up being who makes ToAU relic armor once you talk to him/her in full blu, cor, pup AF they will freak out and want to replicate the style.
it will require rare craftable items probably from some new battlefield ftl.
May as well start speculating about DNC and SCH relic armor implementation since theyll eventually have to figure that out how to fit it all in as well.

The world of Dynamis itself has existed for a long, long time. Cutscenes in CoP Chapter 5 imply that Diabolos offered it as a haven for Kuluu, but they turned down his offer.Originally Posted by Apelila
Events such as the rise of the Shadow Lord, the drawing in of the Forlorn Vanguard/Dark Kindred/Hydra Corps, and Lion's contact with the crystal influenced--but did not create--the areas, making them into what we experience today. This is why Diabolos is so agitated in CoP Dynamis cutscenes: someone is messing around with a world he is supposed to have exclusive control over.
And to be on-topic: new areas would be nice (especially if they include new, merit-friendly camp alternatives), along with much more improved items obtainable with Allied Notes. The selection available now (from Bastok anyway) is really, really disappointing. Story will be interesting too to see where they take it, but hopefully we'll get more than we started with in November.
They can really dream up whatever they want to justify relic equipment for the new jobs in story. It's just up to them how and when to do it. My optimistic side is hoping this extended dry spell is a shift in update timeframes. That maybe instead of more frequent, small updates, WotG would be comprised of large updates further apart. Who knows though.
About the Sigil bonsuses. Assuming that since there's 10 levels of each national statistic (resources, skill etc.) and 10 freelancers. Then there would probably be 10 bonuses in all, plus the present regen, refresh, and food bonuses, and with consideration of the existing freelance bonus of reduced exp loss. If that speculation is true there'd be 9 more sigil effects added. I'm wondering what types of sigil bonuses players would want to have (exp. bonus, obviously probably most desired)?
Has anyone actually figured out what powers the Freelancers add to Sigil?
besides the lowered loss of EXP.
I been sitting here trying to think of if SE ever mixed AF quests. I mean they done a pretty decent job at making sure the jobs released with the expansions attain thier related quests in those expansions or the Core game, independant of the other expansions. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I think SE will continue in this vein and make sure that the Relic Gear for Cor/Pup/Blu will be TAU/Core, and Pup/Sch will be WotG/Cor; just as even the main 6 jobs do not stray into RoZ for anything.
I would think in the same kind of "Random Drop" scenario like Dynamis. And judging by SE's Downplaying of the best in-game event Nyzule Isle investigation and the spirit of the jobs Blu/Pup/Cor, I'd bank on those Relic Pieces being there. Cor = Pirate looking for treasure and glory, Pup = understanding the structure of Nyzule, Blu = Understanding the nature of the beasts within the testing ground that is Nyzule.
