is left out of the Spanish & Portugese versions of the Bible. Because it seems those two groups of Catholics seem to do the most idolotry of Christian images.

I just added some stuff that was written before and after because it seemed like it all talks about the same thing. 4-5 is pretty much a literal translation of the stuff in your post.

So yeah, the Bible here says it too, but on the footnotes, the Bible mentions that the Evangelical Theology (?) considered this verse (4) as a prohibition of image worship, but, the Orthodox Catholic Theology, limiting this idea to the Old Testament, allows the worship of images, limited by the Orthodox part to icons, excluding statues and sculptures.

I'm not sure if I translated that correctly, because it's so damn hard to translate Portuguese (and it would also help if I knew what I was talking about), but the general idea is that while some doctrines of the Catholic Church follow the words of the Bible ‘‘to a T’’, some do not, and make exceptions, such as image worship. It's also mentioned that tot he Orthodox and Reformed indeed prohibit the worship of images, as do the Roman Catholics, and Lutherans.

Aaaaaaaand, in case anyone wants to find a better translation for the stuff I think I didn't translate properly (footnotes), here it goes:

A Teologia evangélica considerou este versículo como proibição do culto de imagens. A teologia católica e ortodoxa, limitando esta questão ao Antigo Testamento, admite, ao contrário, o culto das imagens, limitado pela parte ortodxa aos ícones, com exclusão de estátuas ou esculturas.
