Content ID not found?

So, i just logged onto my account, i'm sure other people have had this problem. It said I have no content ID for this account, and have to reactivate it.
When i goto Reactivate, it gives me a error.

USC-1104
You cannot purchase a content ID. Please try again after checking the following:
* Make sure the payment information is valid
* Make sure your PlayOnline ID has not been canceled

did both, any ideas?

*bump* Was just having the same problem and posted around and now i'm posting here, Got the same error, I've gone through PoL saw that my ideas were canceled as of Jan 31st 08 (wierd thing is i was playing yesterday so maybe a 1 day lag or something).

Well i figured that the credit card expired (which it probably did) so then i go to change to a new card and i keep getting errors that the server is busy/ i could have mistyped the info in on it. I definitley did not mistype the info i've had a few other people work on it and still no luck. I'm thinking that since Se is closed on saturday and sundays that they dont process new credit cards either? Any feed back here would be amazing

We had this discussion over in Newbie a few days ago. Same thing happened to me.

I did the following (any of which could have fixed the issue)

Changed password
Changed CC
Reactivated/Bought IDs
Got in - but with two random extra content IDs
Deleted IDs, still are there atm, sigh.

Back in though

The end of the month when they update billing info could play a role in this as well.
