Maybe you could call and give all the information of your account to a customer service person and they'll give you your keys and codes or whatever?

You have to have a POL Code to register to POL.
After you register to POL when you get into the FFXI Screen you have to purchase a Content ID.
After you purchase a content ID you need to activate the expansions on that content ID under the same menu.
