In the past I had a problem with my PC wherein none of my open task windows would show up on the start bar. After a good while, the problem seemed to fix itself, and I left it at that. Now it is back again, and I hate alt+tab'ing to get through my open applications. Anyone know what could be wrong? I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2. I think it may be something to do with my Language Bar; when I disable it, it won't allow me to utilize the start bar at all until I recheck it and enable it again.
