actually, my friend saved my ass and found the codes. so now i have pretty much all of the required information. but this account was stolen 6 months ago, is it likely i can get my account back anyways or does the new policy only apply to accounts stolen recently? thanks

i used the chat service today, and this is the responce i got:

He blames it on the email accounts; then, he feeds me lies about hearing yahoo users being ok, so i quickly make a yahoo account and ask him to send it. I come home 7 hours later, and there's nothing in the yahoo box.

someone mentioned that if you don't receive the email, the notarized form will get trashed, and i'll add the following response a very unhelpful chat rep gave me:

she kicked me off the chat after sending me a 6th email which i still haven't received.

also, something interesting when you go through the help from gmail:

"If you're not receiving messages sent from specific addresses or email providers (messages from any user at a particular domain name are not arriving in your Inbox), the delivery issue is most likely occurring on the sender's side. We suggest alerting the sender of the issue."

So i'm gonna be showing this to the next unhelpful rep i get tomorrow and hopefully catch them on their lies.

I got the Email using Yahoo. It was located in my Spam folder though.

Never send links to SE via the webchat, regardless if its the correct form or not they will not sanction getting it from anywhere besides themselves. She says 'I am unable to verify the form on that site.' which was a reflex reaction to you posting a link. They are out to cover their asses in as many ways as possible so dont expect 'real' help.

The forms are correct, the one hosted is the one i got from SE to notarize, the NA form at least. The Canadian form was given to me and jenny from someone who volunteered to let us host it. Their mail servers are screwed, thats why many emails arent going out.

Unable to verify? I left the form with it's original name too. They can't verify their own shit? >.> I bet that rep didn't even know about a form, and they probably now have my domain on their blocked sites list...if they even have such a thing. Lol.

I'm doing them a favor by using up my space to host their rediculous forms, because sending out correct emails is way too complicated for them.

Anyway, don't bother using the webchat, it's been rendered useless, just like GMs. All they do is tell you to call support and kick you off when they feel you've been talking way too much for their pre-programmed thought patterns to understand.

that scares me, it seems that some ppl are being told they are being sent the form but then are in actuality not being sent the form for one reason or another.

maybe its true and they are sending them out and we aren't receiving them but it seems to be that with so many ppl not getting the forms as promised there might be something going on that we are not aware off

i just got my form notarized today and will be sending it out shortly using overnight mail. I don't expect them to receive it and apply it to my account until Monday next week at the earlies although i will call them tomorrow and Friday.

has anyone else used the hosted forms and gotten an account back?

They didnt click your link because they arnt allowed to click links or go to websites you give them on that web chat because they dont know if its a virus. I think you guys are panicing about this email thing. Its just a problem on their end. I do infact think they are sending them out just there is a problem with their systems or something.

i never got the email and just went ahead and sent the hosted CDN form even tho some ppl suggested that your form will get tossed even tho they said they emailed it to me multiple times.
