A week? More like 2-3 days. Sorry that you can't bear to see the Patriots look bad yet again.
it's been opened a while back, not so much about the pats cheating as the nfl destroying evidence.Originally Posted by Seditedi

Unless you're the guy who filmed it (or told the guy to) who the hell else knew about it?Originally Posted by Plow
And "not a big deal"???? NOT A BIG DEAL? Yeah, seeing the PLAYS THEY'LL RUN IN THE GAME, how could that be an advantage!
Well at least the Pats blew them out, so you can't argue that knowledge of one or two plays made the difference.
Oh right. They won by 3 points.
Same thing happened in the Superbowl vs. The Philadelphia Eagles, another close game; 3 point difference.
seriously, this was like 4 years ago's story >.>
Investigated, found nothing. They will investigate again and find nothing.
Looking at it logically though, there has to be some evidence out there to find.
Hell, if you cheat against the lolJets in the first game of the season, why would you not cheat against better teams and in big games such as playoff games, the AFC championship and of course the Super Bowl.
They need to get some of the Patriots' camera men and former camera men on the stand under oath.
I'm not gonna lie, I can't stand the Patriots; I'd love to see some of this pinned on them.
Well, to be only fair, if they do this with the Patriots, shouldn't they also pick up on some other cases that may or may not have been mentioned as far as taping other teams go? I'm sure the Pats aren't the only team to do this. Just my opinion of course.Originally Posted by Seditedi
but everyone hates the patriots, so would only make sense to only do this to them, even after coaches said this kind of thing goes on with almost every team in the nflOriginally Posted by Akiyama

But not every team does it less than a month after the NFL sent a memo saying "DO NOT TAPE!!1!!1!". I'm not aware of any other team that has someone willing to chirp to congress and the media either. I agree, it every team does it, every team should be reprimanded equally, but since there isn't any evidence from the other teams, there isn't a lot you can do. I'm sure this pisses Goodell off to no end. The team that made this superbowl, and the season for the most part, the most watched TV event in american history (figure it was a few million less than mash, but mash didn't have parties of 10+ ppl watching it either) has to be reprimanded and possibly suspending their brilliant coach. It only hurts the NFL...Originally Posted by Demosthenes11

That's an awesome picture of that catch.Originally Posted by Deejay

It still brings a smile to my face when I think about Steve Smith immediately getting in Harrison's face right after the catch, letting Rodney know what just happened in case he missed it.Originally Posted by Tyche
