I am sorry you feel this way. I guess I didn't post here because I didn't know what to say. I found your cell number and called to ask if you were all right, we talked for a bit, you said you were going to let Randolf lead the LS and still stay active and that you had no intention of switching servers. You assured me you were doing OK. Not even 24 hours later you broke the linkshell and announced your plans to switch servers. Which did sting a bit, I must admit.

As for "having your back", I tend to work behind the scenes staying away from the spot light, but I do recall using my good name on several occasion to gain you acceptance that normally your reputation would have made impossible. Most times you lived up to your reputation in those situations, to my dismay.

As for "running away", Runebearers had terminal cancer; I just turned off the life support.

I am not sure about this "you are an asshole" bit, unless you mean the few times I said "he can be an asshole but is a good friend and player, give him a chance", which unfortunately makes me look like a jackass posting in this thread.

For your behavior as of late, I remember when you described to me how pissed off at Vidian's actions you were when he got some girl he wanted to impress. You mimicked his actions so well these last few months you must have taken notes.

No, not leaving on bad terms, not taking anyone's items... just looking to change servers and start anew. It is almost impossible to join another HNM ls on our server due to long time rivalries and the recent merger of two linkshells which are now not accepting members.

I've kind of been reserving my opinions on him because I'm generally a nice person.

However ...
I'm Buttermilks ex-gf in FFXI.

I was in GreatPower with him, where he took such an offense stance attacking members who did nothing wrong, that he was demoted from his pearlsack position.
He was kicked out of Vanquish for being a horrible player.

IE, on fafnir he used Invincible to get agro, then spent 5 days saying he never did it, when there was a screenshot verifying it.
He attacks people on matter what they do, just for being alive really.

Targets of his attacks have been people like Lailu...
He cares only about himself, always has, always will.
His reputation, as others have said, is very well earned. He's a vocal loudmouth OFFENSIVE jackass, who just wants to use people for his own means.
He's not a good player, he buys gil as he told me, used to be partners in crime with Glimpse until he got screwed over.

Honestly, i'd rather try to be friends with Nighteagle than Buttermilk, especially after what he did to lailu.
I am not someone who comes online and rants about people, but I have to make an exception for him.

Even when me and him used to talk on the phone, he would talk about things like "fuck the other people in the LS". Of course after we broke up online, he started telling his LS "Oh yeah thats a guy" (Which then wouldn't that make him a fag for going out with me for 3 years? Especially the scorpion harnesses+1 (yes more than 1) and the missions ... and gil I received from him).

He's big on revenge, he's got a bad attitude, he hates everyone except himself, he uses people, and he will only care about you as long as you serve him. You must be UNDER him for him to like you. He doesn't believe in other players as being equal, or better. He was outspoken that he was "better than Omen or Vanquish or Kupo"...

I absolutely recommend you take this guy in your linkshell. Please, keep him away from Fenrir, don't let him think theres anything left for him, because there isn't.
We're holding a celebratory event now that he's gone, and the server couldn't be happier.

Oh and if Butter happens to read this "Shut up you dumb nigger" (It's an inside thing, not meant to be taken as a racist thing by other people so don't "dig into it").
By the way, this is a rather sincere review, since I have a LOT of things I could say that would absolutely kill his rep, but i'll let others get to it if possible.
