Why would 1STR 4Acc beat 10atk 5DEX(about 4acc)?

Even though I agree with you preferring the Usukane over the Shura/Shura+1, if you're going to add in the DEX:Acc ratio from the DEX+5 on Usukane, you should just mention the Acc+8 on Shura+1. You make it seem like the DEX+5 is enough to even out the 4 Acc advantage on the Shura+1.
Not really nitpicking but in an thread like this, you might wanna hand out your facts correctly, avoiding all possible confusion.

Shura+1
STR+6(Atk+5)
Acc+8

Usukane
STR+5(Atk+4)
DEX+5(Acc+4)
Attack+10

Basically STR+1 Acc+4(Shura+1) vs DEX+5 Atk+9(Usukane)

REALLY situational if you think about it. Acc+4 would obviously be better than Atk+9 in almost any situation, but it won't really do much unless stacked with other Acc EQ. Seeing as how we're talking about a 1 hit WS using a 2H weapon, Atk+9, on the other hand, will.
So for me, Usukane over Shura/Shura+1.
