I have to second this. The original incarnation of my character was Elvaan. Then there was the one fateful night I figured I'd have a couple of shots....finish off the beer, log into game and truck him out to the Dunes...

And yes...it is possible to delete a character completely by accident, when you're totally blitzed, because your brain just refuses to read the word "delete" in the right context. I thought the LS was going to choke on Vent when I slurred out... "Hey...wait a second here...where'd I go?"

Needless to say, still buzzed, I started over as the bearded Hume. And while I haven't regretted it, per se? Would be willing to actually even *pay* to revert back to the original.

(You reading this SE? It's already in your suggestion box... If I can pay to transfer servers, how much trouble would it be to change a couple of bits to state which model of character is displayed?)

Plus they have very cute emotes, and look nice in most armor.

I don't have a problem with Elv F Gaxe animations, beats hume male (which would be fine if they had some follow through), hume female (wtf, how many joints do you have in your ankle, and why do you have it over your head like that?), and the mithra baseball batter (SUH-WING BATTA!).

At least the elvaan chicks have a consistent theme of girlish animations which makes it fit in well.

Maybe it's just from being a taru and doing a lot of sky where from time to time I find myself staring up the back of one elvaan chick or anothers robe/armor before running into an alcove groundskeeper or something. >.<

Weird, I always thought Elv F looked terrible in most things - damn sure my least favorite models in the game. But most of you guys seem to be fans.

Only one I remember seeing that I thought looked nice was a WHM in nobles I think it was with the longer hair, I like that face. Anything that covers the thunder thighs help, but then they go and engage the mob and just explode into total stupid lookingness.

Elvaan Females are about as graceful as an elephant in a tutu. Tiny little heads on giant bodies...not very attractive IMO. But Elvaan in general are an affront to human anatomy.
