For some reason I can only see the perspective that has them going like /\ only for a quick second, then it goes back to \/. Maybe it's the dude there tricking my brain.

Its because the dormers are drawn inverse to the direction they should be going. I'll do a sketch we I get back home and explain it. They inversed the vanishing points on the dormers thats all really.

The guy does make it really hard to see it the 'other' way. Like many posts above, at first I saw both but then when I saw the guy I always see it one way. If I concentrate and 'zoom out' then I see it the other way for a split second and then it goes back

First thing I saw was the guy, so I had to try really hard to get it to the /\ perspective. I agree it ruins it
