I don't think so, it just still counts your death, cuz you're eating it too, but there's enough of a lag for you to get a point for it. I think they made it that way so in a stock battle, if the opponent has less men, bowser can win with it, but if you have the same number, you'll tie instead of getting a cheap win.

I don't think so, it just still counts your death, cuz you're eating it too, but there's enough of a lag for you to get a point for it. I think they made it that way so in a stock battle, if the opponent has less men, bowser can win with it, but if you have the same number, you'll tie instead of getting a cheap win.

If this was a stock battle and you and your opponent each had one life left, this would be a win for Bowser since he is on top and his enemy would go off-screen first.

Just tested this with 1 life stock battle. Bowser definitely wins.

edit: also works in your favour in timed battles cause even though you off yourself every time your net points would be 0 in the end, and the other guy nets -1 for each death.
