My question as to whether or not you're retarded was because anyone with half a fucking brain knows where the word stemmed from, that's like saying that Chink and Chinese mean the same thing because the former one came from the latter. While negro is latin and spanish for Black, the word originated out of the intolerance towards the African people. Even if it means black, it wasn't used to describe them, it was used as a means of putting them down.
