Full usukane as the best setup for MNK DoT

A lot of the people on here who mention they are 5/5 usukane also mentioned having NIN. My question is for the NIN's out there who use something similar for TP gain:

5/5usu
2x Sniper
Senj-perdue
Speed blet
Cerb
Bomblet
Edit: 8/8 katana

I'm wondering what avg ACC you parse on something that you can actually get a true parse on like Trolls (IE: no shadows, warm-up, flashga thf mobs) with meat.

Also on a completely off topic note, if any have Kikoku, or have a friend etc, (I dont, and no plans, just curious) other wiki says metsu is singlehit/non-elemental, what's it like with SATA? anyone seen it, is it lol?

Metsu is pretty good with SA if I'm not mistaken.
Without SA it's kinda jumpy for a single hit WS, but with SA it makes it alot more stable.

I promise not to derail any further after this, but by "pretty good" what kinda range do you get? on hnm? it even close to sam/thf?

I've seen a JP NIN on my server killing Om'yovra with Kikoku (if that even counts as HNM).. lol
I saw highs of about 850-900 and lows of 300-400.
I assume SA would make them average around 700. I can't really give much more information because I don't wanna be making up shit lol.
