My friend has a modded Wii and just got Brawl a couple days ago. I played a couple matches using Meta Knight and King Dedede but the game would slow down a lot which made it annoying to play.

A bunch of honkies set up a TV and a Wii once a week in the cafeteria at my school but I dare not play with them (They're usually playing SSBM). Most of them have at least one of the following: sweat pants, zip-off sweat pants, a mullet, flip-flops, a shoulder bag solely for their DS and/or PSP (I love my DS too but not enough to carry it around in anything more than my pocket).

Well it’s the Chinese New Year at the moment plus all the clubs is open today so it’s pretty packed. Didn't get a chance to play so I’ve been watching and it’s mostly the same stages new people and new moves. Some of the animations for old characters are different such as there moves. The special that looks the coolest I think is Marth only cause of the combo that leads to instant kill depending on your life.

he prob has a bad modchip if its slowing down. I have a wiikey and i've been playing brawl for a few days now and it does not slow down.

Doubt it's a bad chip, it's one of the current issues of playing it on a PAL system. I got the superslow today when playing, Menus felt like I was trying to wade through mud, then when playing a vs match, it was skipping frames to catch up (good on nintendo for implementing this). I just gave the wii a rest and then played it about 30mins later, and it was fine again.
