Help me delete a folder

This folder keeps pooping up as a virus on my laptop and for the life of me i cant get rid of it. No clue if it is bad or not and never use the laptop anymore except for watching movies on the road. This is starting to frustrate me and yeah i am computer stupid. Keeps saying matrix.dll is protected.

edit: also getting a trojan named "Athsap H". Cant find any info anywhere as to what this is or how to get rid of it. Mcafee and spybot are failing me right now. I am using PC Pitstop Exterminator to do the scans of my computer but dont really want to drop the cash the full version to delete this stuff.

Try that website, it should give ya some info on it anyways, not many virus checkers can find it, it seems.

Load in SafeMode.

Turn off system restore, delete, restart, turn on system restore. Usually works.

It's pretty straight forward. I've had to use it here at work before. The really shitty malware stuff will get files locked so you have to have killbox delete them on reboot before they get in use. Good luck!
