Person disbands, and spends the remainder of the time inactive, chatting to LS, and other various /tells spreading the word that they are RMT.
People end up leaving the run after the word has been spread by Person.

Did he buy shit off RMT? Yes, however I personally as well as many others just don't give a fuck.

Was he a dedicated member who attended LS events and worked for his gear? Yes. In all his LS in fact. I stated that even after he bought his haidate he remained and helped his previous LS before they disbanded and he joined SPQR.

Did he help people out, in LS or not, friends or not, if they needed? Yes. Gig used to come along with me quite often when I would help random shouts for help. Gig would also go the extra mile in terms of helping his own LS members.

Is he a highly skilled player that does well at all his jobs? Yes+1. Gig is an awesome player.

Did he steal a speedbelt? This I cannot comment on since I was no longer playing FFXI at the time it occured.

If he did steal said belt, would this possibly happen again? Dunno, but everyone does deserve a second chance.
