Car accident... LAWL!

I used to work at a small Thai Restaurant and occasionally we would get someone who wants a delivery. The owner didn't want me to go out because I answered the phones (her english wasn't that great) but she also didn't have her own car (she was insured however). Solution? She takes me car.

HUGE fuckin mistake. She crashed it into a parked car as she pulled into a driveway to turn around. Of course, she was smart enough to get the hell out of there before anyone saw her. Both of my headlights were smashed and my bumper needed to be fixed afterwards. Then I quit.

I was in a car accident last september. It was around 5:30 am and I was heading home to get some sleep before going back to work around 8:00 (I'm a grad student that had a 32 hour experiment running).

I moved into the left turning lane approaching a red light. There is 1 other person on the road and they hit my car...I saw it coming, laid on the horn, and tried to swerve out of the way. They came out of a gas station without looking and hit my back driver's side tire and fender. When the driver got out of the car they said "I never saw you." I said "and you obviously didn't hear my horn either."

We called the cops, they took the report, and went on our way. Initially it looked like I just had some scratches, but once the car was looked at at the body shop it ended up needing a new wheel, axil, and brakes because they couldn't get my old brakes off of the damaged wheel. The scratches buffed out thanks to my plastic saturn. It took about a week and a half to get everything fixed.

Thankfully the person who hit me had insurance, so they covered all damages, as well as a rental car.
