ok so i know people have said that ws might trigger 2hours.... now i kill me if its been said cuz honestly ive tried reading it all but it just gave me a migrane BUT did anyone notice that in the demo ls' video that the element of the ws' may have triggered which 2hr it did.... i cant exactly remember where but i remember seeing gekko go off and soon after sam two hour goes off (im no sam but i believe Gekko is wind based and sam 2hr is wind based as well) and then later on i saw someone do flat blade and also soon after AV did EES something to maybe take note of if it hasnt been said already....

I guess the idea is that readying 2Hs in one circumstance while simply using them in other seemingly identical circumstances merits investigation. If you can isolate what causes TP moves to be readied before use, rather than just used, then if that has any significance you can then determine if there's anywhere you can go from there. For instance, the Uggalepih Pendant NM is unstunnable if I recall correctly, but his spells can be interrupted if his primary hate target changes mid-cast, just as an example.

To build off the poster on the last page I can also confirm the bracelets at least at one point came out at 59%. This was April 2006:

Sadly no pictures of the chatlog or much of anything else. Never actually got to kill it since about 40 people got jailed but we had it down to something like 11%. Had lost most of our people and someone else claimed/CFHed when it went yellow.

My guess as far as one aspect of the fight is at 79 59 39 and 19 he will try to use a succession of 2hrs that is set in stone, regardless of you being able to somehow neutralize 2hrs through the rest of the fight.

79: Chainspell > Manafont > ??? (anyone ever see anything after this aside from the meteors that go off?
59: Invincible > Benediction > Mijin Gakure (along with bracelet mode?)
39/19: No way to know yet, but its possible deactivation/reactivation of bracelets could happen. AV has bracelets at the end of their kill, so he either keeps them on from 59 down or possibly alternates modes at 39/19 along with the 2 hours.

If it goes in pairs of 3/4 2 hours, it could account for all 15 pre-toa jobs. (3 3 4 4, but include that it can call wyvern at any point?)

In the video, the Manafont doesnt follow after the "readies chainspell", and the video does play on long enough where you would most likely see it compared to the SS seen on the previous page. So its likely that something they did in the video prevented it, but the million dollar question is, what? And I know it was said he fires them off pretty quickly, but if you -know- that 2hr is coming at a set percent you should be able to get yours off first.

Guess summary is there is some way to prevent him from firing off 2 hours normally during the fight, but at set percents he'll try to blow everything up regardless.

It'll make it a lot easier if we have a checklist of what's been done under what circumstances and a person to refer to for questioning to clear up any ambiguties

Except that he doesn't use any of those combos until 59%, at which point he can use any of them with the same rate and likelihood that he had used individual 2Hs previously.

We probably wont know much more until Saturday, seems to be the day more shells are planning on trying to pop it. The only thing other shells seemed to confirm from what I read is using 2 hours randomly while fighting doesnt stop him from doing so, and having all 2 hours down doesnt stop him either. The only new and not ebon-panelesque idea that hasnt been tried has been the no-JA/WS allowed idea I think?

All wall fights involved some form of glitch lock in them as well. An alliance of BLMs on the other side of the wall can't survive his spells and 2Hs indefinitely, but could hold out long enough to lock them. The difference is that with some attempts, he unlocked and got everything back when he went into bracelets mode, whereas in other attempts (lolsash) he did not.

sup guys i've read most of these pages but seriously to long for me to sit for 3+ hours reading cuz i don't read to fast.

I've read that people noticed the blm using manafont like 3 times but also there is a couple other's using ther 2 hour more then once and this is the reason why if you follow the vid and you have to be quick cuz it doesn't show it but for a second everyone only ever use there 2 hour when AV 'USES" a 2hour when he "READIES" a 2hr no one used it just my thought.

Not true. In the NA video he "readies" chainspell, and then right off the bat a player uses manafont followed by another player using chainspell (theres also a soul voice inbetween).

I must have a different vid then cuz the chainspell usage was what i was refering to cuz he readies it then like 7 line down he uses chainspell then the player 2hours go off. And throughout the vid i seen that was only time he did chainspell that i seen
