When you see AV fire Call Wyvern, do you get the urge to Call Wyvern too? He pops Bene, so you do too? The only way I could see this randomly occuring would be if he popped Chainspell and got Chainspell Stunned, but doesn't he hella resist stun, making that unlikely too.

I'm going with the emphasis thing, I think in maybe the hundreds of times people have gotten their fucking cornholes inverted by AV someone would have mentioned that their 2 hour came back randomly during the mayhem.

After watching the AV thread for a couple months now, I don't recall anyone trying to mass 2 hour at the exact same time as him. Any mention of 2 houring is usually preceeded by "After he X, and X, and X 2 houred".

I checked the German Video.

They show Soulvoice, Astral Flow, Meiko Seyushi, all countered with 2 HRs. But fom MS it isn't shown if it goes of from AV or not. Astral Flow was definitly blocked (even thou its almost instant).

Also they nuke with the elemental spells tier 1 2 3 and 4 according to the day.

I also guess, you have to encounter the 2 HR with the corresponding 2HR from the job. Only hard things might be Benediciton and Mijin Gakure. Interesting would be, if 2 HRs occure in a certain order, so you can plan your damage until after Benediciton (which I guess you cannot counter).

All Videos have identical scenes where no chat log is shown (just noticed in German version the death scene is mirrored).

Atm, I think we only have 2 ways to reset 2 HRs. One is the feather from the mountain climbing quest, the other one is a COR. Due to the fact, there was no COR when AV was released I don't think COR is needed. Maybe AV has something like 2 HR reset for people in alliance if an 2HR is successfully blocked (needs testing) or SE just cheated, lol.

3 days ago we spoke with friends about this not yet released video around a beer and i was saying to them: "As everything else before, it will be something utterly retarded that still peoples didnt really push that theory far enough".

The Sam kills it with a Yokodama Gekko, SA > TA > From the side behind the Elvaan F Rdm > that Aern stun move > Gekko > Death.

Whether the SA worked on test server is another question.

You can't tell if Astral Flow was blocked or not since the wyverns weren't around. AV's (and JoL's) Astral Flow gives the pets 300% TP, but in the video they are either kited off or dead. Meikyo Suishi as I said above does in fact go off. You see him readying Medusa Javelin right away, before the chat log of the 2H is displayed (since the chat message apparently doesn't display until the dust animation completes). Then a few seconds later as it fades to black, if you slow the video down and look carefully the last line that scrolls up is him readying Medusa Javelin again, you have to look carefully because only the top half of the chatlog message displays before it cuts to the next scene.

Edit: I feel like someone analyzing the Zapruder film on a PBS special about the JFK assassination or something lol

I am very sceptical that this is a real one attempt fight. The timeline jumping all over the place from Iceday > Thundersday > Iceday could indicate at least a 6-7hr fight. Also the fact that half of the time they /clock off to not show the day really bugs me and makes me suspicious they are trying to hide the fact that some of this fight took part on other game days. Damage being filtered, /names off at some sections and the fact the watcher never targets AV's health bar makes me 100% sure they are trying to hide something. Chances are this is bits and pieces from multiple attempts and they did and they are just showing highlights from them to give a clue of what they did.

I don't think AV resets your 2hrs. I think this was a stupidly long fight and 2hrs reset naturally. 4min video and only 90secs of AV tells us virtually nothing other than MAYBE using your 2hr helps lock AV.

Edit: lol something I thought off which would be hilarious is that maybe it was CFH since it was never targetted the whole fight to see it's health and they had an ass load of BLMs out of camera view nuking it. They had damage filtered and only had alliance people actions filters on. Plus you never saw the drop pool :D
