Question about all the hackings

Well long story short used most of the programs in the sticky like AVG Spybot ect... Also had a nice firewall up and I also use firefox, but my account was still hacked on Jan 23 >.<

Did a scan of my registry only to find that rsbo.exe thing on my PC. For some reason none of them programs found it, so anyhow I removed the files and a few days later a friend got hacked after changing his password. Did a check again and could not find the rsbo.exe on my PC. But he was hacked and I think my PC is the cause. so my question is if I reboot my PC will that get rid of this dang hack?

As it seem to be hiding and panda or any other program seems to be able to find it.
