any tips on the easiest way to low man this dude?

Re: totentaz
rdm, brd, mnk/war x4, can replace a mnk with another brd or rdm.

Re: totentaz
Doesn't really take that much. Basically bard SV songs, and melee zerg him. He dies relatively fast, and the adds during the fight shouldn't ever be a problem. One ghost may raise up near enough to get off one -ga spell, but that's about it.
All melee should sub offensive subjob, no need to /nin, since the Corse isn't going to be melee'ing anyone extensively.
The danger in this fight is either a bad Danse Macrambe hitting a highly pumped up melee, which proceeds to destroy your party (the bard should be able to cover lullaby'ing said member), or the Corse and a ghost dropping back to back -ga spells on you. DS Curaga II should be enough to keep your party afloat til the Corse dies.
You don't need too many melee, but MNK are the best bet. Could bring a PLD to invincible right around the time it'll likely Danse Macrambe to pull hate, so one of your MNKs don't get it. I'd say, once you're comfortable, 2 mnk/wars + any other well geared melee could pull it off with a bard. Half the times I did it, one of the Mnks didn't even end up two houring, cause he was saving it in case a melee got charmed and I didn't lullaby him fast enough (that way, ideally he wouldn't have been the first to get beaten on since he'd have relatively low levels of hate).
Tried Chainspell stun once, and as near as I can tell, he resists Stun. First timers, I'd suggest something like 3-4 good melee, and two bards, so that one can worry solely about lullaby'ing charmed members, and one can handle spotting the -ga's and Curaga'ing. Once you're comfortable, you should be able to do it with 3 melee and 1 bard.

Doesn't even require a healer.
Also have done with one less monk (Ryoreh wasn't on) w/o any difficulty.

Re: totentaz
Smallest group I've done this with is monk3x and brd and we even got the record of 2:20 or so. I know this probably isn't the place for it, but would you use destroyers or faith h2h w/stones for 2hr? My LS monks swear by faith baghnakhs.

Re: totentaz
It'd probably work either way. I don't use my faiths anywhere else but ballista though as to conserve stones.

Re: totentaz
Faith vs Destroyers
If you calculate all the Base Mods on a fully merited MNK turns out to be....
Destroyers:
D52 Delay 348 Crit Hit 6%
Faith Baghnakhs:
D43 Delay 413 Ocasionally Attacks twice
Makes Faiths look pretty good imo

Re: totentaz
Not sure where u got those numbers at.
Base h2h from fully merited (I'll use 292 since 299 with faith torque won't bump up dmg)
[292(.11)]+3 = 35.12 rounds to 35
35+18 = 53 dmg for destroyers
35+11 = 46 dmg for faiths
They prase about pretty evenly over time, just with faiths you gotta carry around an assload of stones.
