You're absolutely right. But at least to me, I think Britney's been more permanently tainted in my brain. Not so much the two kids as the head shaving and the strapped-to-a-gurney and driven to the hospital batshit crazy. Lindsay's is making mistakes that are much more typical of a 21-year old girl whose every move is scrutinized by the media. Stupid, yes, but more understandable than Britney's antics.

I think for me the difference between Lindsay and Britney is that I've always found Lindsay attractive until her recent behavior. I've always thought Britney was a whore pretending to be an angel... and I hate people like that. Not because I'm intolerant of other people's decisions... it's really more a matter of if she acted how she really was she probably wouldn't be as screwed up as she is now. She might not be as successful, but at least she wouldn't be such a piss poor role model.
