Dynamis Times Question

I know that you can only do dynamis once every 72hours but does that 72hours begin once you end Dynamis or the moment you use the hourglass.

With that being said would a LS be able to do

Sat 8pmEST
Tues 8pmEST

or

Wed 8pmEST
Sat 8pmEST

The moment you exchange the hourglass.

Yea, its the moment the person trades the glass(each person, not the breaking of it).
But take note that if someone shows up an hour late or something then they wont be able to enter until that time+72hrs, so they will be an hour behind next run if you cut it that close.

Its probably best to stagger the times by an hour or two, or make one in the afternoon on the weekend, but I can just tell you that you will have a lot of headaches if you schedule them exactly 72hrs after each other.
