4 Vit vs 2 Str is iffy, but not losing MP in case you're using a Rune Chopper isn't.

4 VIT always gives (4 x 0.5)x0.83 = 1.66 WD.
2 STR gives between (2 x 0.5)+((2 x 0.16)x0.83)=1.26 WD and (2 x 0.5)+((2 x 0.25)x0.83)=1.415 WD

I think that's correct, if you have Heca I wouldn't bother carrying RSE around though.
