Am i the only one who thinks this number is a bit low? I'm sure there have been more cases, but GMs didn't care to look into.

Those 30 cases were the people who somehow amazingly were able to use 2hrs every time Absolute Virtue did. What's more, they stupidly recorded it and put the video out for everyone to see.

Not only gil buyers, but all users violating the user agreement are given penalties immediately after the investigation of their account has concluded
However, even if a certain number of penalties are imposed each month on violators of the user agreement, as long as the total penalties do not exceed a set line, their accounts will not be banned. Therefore, a significant difference can be seen between individual accounts. Because of this, the number of accounts banned may drastically change from month to month, but the Special Task Force will never intentionally alter the actual numbers.

So as long as you don't do too much you can actually get away with some shit? lol massage your figures much?

Siren still has our teams, I report them for hacking hoping to get bans. Easiest way to catch them is going to Levi, they enter Temple near Habetrot and jump up one of the ledges to the right. Unsuprisingly, they will be in Ifrits about 10 minutes after that.

Yup, 60k per run x 6 = 360k/day. Never seen them on Fenrir, I'd like to see him manaburned lol (plus you'd have to not turn in the 10k rewards)

If you see one just /sea them for awhile, you'll see just how fast it takes them to kill them all.

It is not really a lot of work, the worst part is travel time. They seem to be able to bypass that part of it. >_>

The one group on Hades does do Fenrir which adds a bit more to the 10mil/month they make on the 6 regular ones.

You only have to not turn in your whispers once. After that, you just get a new bauble from Windurst each time you do Fenrir. So they could get 60k from the regular primes, and 15k from Fenrir, every day after the first.

If they're really determined, throw on the Diabolos reward, too.

I understand the reason the economy is semi-messed up is due to the insane addition/removal of gil due in part to the RMT forces, but they never make it seem like the repeated removal of thousands/millions/billions of gil from the servers does nothing.

It does do something. It resets the various servers economy to what it should be. People seem to forget that SE never wanted people to get the point where they wouldn't have to farm/kill stuff for weekly income and all this does is help suck out the billions of gil that entered via all of the hacking, RMT 24/7 farming crews and everything else. Really, the only people I see crying about less money are the people who weren't prepared for SE to aggressively attack the issue at hand and just can not stand the idea of farming meat/hides/etc for crafters in order to get paid..or people who were relying on a risky snyth/farming in order to fund a costly relic or craft and got left with $0 in their accounts when those markets dried up.

Hell I used to make a million gil off of Cure Clogs, but you don't see me crying. I'm a cook and the market is just as good as ever, but then i'm one of those odd folks who don't mind setting aside a day or two a week to farm the main part of my synths. Crafters should be used to farming stuff anyway instead of selling a NM drop and using that to buy the stuff they need.

It's pretty funny if you think about it though, I believe they said a team of 6 was doing that, and I know it is possible for one person to make more then that in a day...

There are a couple reports of some people being banned for manipulating AH.

ie. selling to self for high price to wipe history/buying low, selling high/etc.
