I'm into it, but I have a shitty telescope and I forgot how to adjust stuff. =[

    Re: Lunar eclipse

I don't have a telescope I live in the middle of no where in NY so the sky is crystal clear, no clouds either. If i had a telescope I could prob take better picture of it but all I have is a canon powershot SD600 so:

I believe all Eclipses are full moons =p Due to the way everything is lined up.

    I slept through it.

The sky was clear and the moon was bright when I woke up though.

Those turned out really nice, Eston. I've been meaning to get a T-ring so I can hook up my DSLR Nikkon to my Celestron C6 Schmidt Cassegrain. It was cloudy here in WA state anyway, so even if I had everything ready it wouldn't have done any good.

Missed it because of clouds, which turned out to be snow clouds. So I got a snow day out of it, which I think is much better than seeing a lunar eclipse.

Full Moon meaning it's usually brighter than everything else in the sky... but the snow clouds here decided they wanted to ruin it.

Great shots! Mind if I ask what type of camera you own?

I woke up just before it started but I was too tired to setup my camera/tripod and what not...plus it was way too cloudy. ~.~

I have a panisonic lumix DMC-TZ3. I wish I had a tripod, was a pain lying on the front porch trying to be still.
