Thinking of getting one and was looking for some pros and cons from anyone that has one.
I'm open to other options if anyone has any. (Verizon or AT&T)

I'd avoid AT&T like you would ebola.
stay away from the most horrible company on earth (and i work there)
get an enV or a voyager from verizon and be really happy, you could also try the blackberry pearl from verizon
I think the pearl has a compact keyboard, which kinda sucks if you do a lot of texting. I think the Treo has a full keyboard, which is obviously much easier to use.Originally Posted by Killgannon
Also, agree with the above statements. Verizon >>>>>>>> AT&T
it does have a compact keyboard (the pearl) but its auto text is actually nice and seems to be adaptive mostly
i have a pearl >.>;
Not sure what problem with ATT is but i have had it for over a year now, an never have a problem with service. I was lookin into getting this phone as well
Mostly it's because (I believe) that they hire the most retarded chimpanzees for their customer service and policies group. Seriously, I had Cingular/ATT cellphone service (only because they gobbled up US Cellular)... and had *worse* cell reception than when it was US Cellular. Aside from that, repeated "Whoops we didn't receive your payments" (actually sent one via certified mail!), inflating the cost of service without any additional features, and royal jackasses when we contacted customer service = BUHBYE.
hey now im not a retarded chimpanzee ; ; and i work customer service at AT&T (in DSL)... most of the customers are RETARDED chimpanzees however>.>;Originally Posted by Sigi

I agree with you about the customer statement, except that insults special needs chimpanzees everywhere.
I dealt with way too many people that thought DSL powered their laptops, or that opening EVERY email is a great idea -.-
