Was a good chapter, nice to see how they've progressed.

I actually care less about seeing the crew reunited than seeing what became of Buggy.

I mean, I care a lot about the crew but I might explode with anticipation to see the punchline at the end of Buggy's strange trajectory.

Liked the chapter but I almost thought that Luffy would end up saving the fake Straw Hats since he's often redeeming people. I guess they were too big of assholes though like that fox pirate.

Can't wait for fishmen island because you know it's going to have went to shit since Whitebeard passed away. Luffy's going to pull up and put it under his protection!

Holy shit, Haki everywhere. Or so I'm guessing, at most Luffy/Sanji/Zoro are Haki users now and MAYBE Usopp, that guy he was with and that island made a man out of him after all.

To me the Pacifistas are just like the Foot Clan. Generic enemies with a baseline strength, I doubt they made them any stronger over the 2 years. If they didn't get stronger I'd be really disappointed.

As for Haki, I think only Luffy will be able to use all the kinds, the rest might have just 1 but that's about it.

Pacifista are like gundam (or anything) you mass produce. They are scary for 5 minutes, and then, they start dying left and right.

Took me a while to realize my favorite part of this chapter. Sentoumaru completely averts the 'hah I kicked his ass easily the last time we fought he's just a weakling oops I just got my ass kicked because now he's stronger' stereotype. He's actually paying quite a bit of respect to how dangerously strong an enemy he is, something Oda's done before with Smoker and all three Admirals. Foes with intelligence, hurray!

Geez, here I thought the marineford arc would be close to ending in anime but no, still like 40 chapters to animate until timeskip. It's amazing how long Oda made this war, yet I'm not really annoyed about the 1 chapter/episode pacing either. It's getting hard to stick to the anime though now that I know this shit will go on for at least another half a year... Needs some Bleach pacing in here.

The marines attempt to chase them down but are constantly stopped by those who the SH trained with (Hercules, Perona, Hancock, ect.)
Rayleigh draws out his sword and draws a line on the ground and tells the marines they won't go further
