Saying "since when did you become my boss" does not mean he actually has a boss. He "works" for the WG as much as the other shichibukai have shown to do, which pretty much means whenever they feel like it.

something i saw online once, made a bit of sense to me and it was a good read so why not

the strawhats enter the new world, become even more infamous
during their travels in the new world, zoro fights mihawk and wins the title of 'strongest swordsman'
strawhats reach raftel, robin translates the polygraphs (?? forgot spelling), luffy learns of the truth behind 'one piece'
one piece is exactly what its name states, 'one piece of something whole'
a 'whole piece' = the entire ocean, hence the unification of seas and oceans
but the ocean is divided into 4 parts( north blue, east blue, etc) by the red line
in order to find (achieve) 'one piece', the oceans must be united... hence, red line must be destoryed

luffy and the strawhats start looking for the ancient legendary weapon, pluton
gol d roger originally thought of using pluton to unite the 4 blues together, but gave up because of his illness... along with the marines' constant annoyance
the strawhats ultimately rage war against the marines, just as the WB pirates did
luffy's friends and allies all over the ocean come to support him (law and other few super rookies, remnets of wb, ivankov army, dragon revolutionary, etc etc)
the strength of the 3 admirals + etc are strong, but aokiji defects over the luffy's side
there are 3 reasons for aokiji's actions
1) to unite the 4 blues and achieve true peace and harmony
2) robin's strong persuasive words
3) the debt he owes to his giant friend (the D. dude that saved robin) and garp

luffy and allies defeat the marines, WG loses power
franky and iceberg, with the aid of many others and 'rio polygraph (? the fuck is this, dont recall it)' complete/awaken pluton
red line is shattered into pieces, the 4 blues are united; 'one piece' is achieved
various types of fish that were native to respective blues gather at the center; 'all blue' is found
the lil whale dude meets brooke

luffy gains the title of 'pirate king'
but just as gol d. roger did, luffy turns himself in to the WG shorty after
the reason; the overusage of his gear2/3 doping has killed his health, doesn't have much time left
chopper has reached the point where he can create medicine that'll let luffy live longer, but luffy refuses
luffy is executed at the same place gol d. roger was, in public

luffy's allies in the war try to rescue him, but are stopped by the strawhat crew themselves

after luffy's death, the pirate age comes to an end and the world finds true peace

during their travels...

I been re-watching the anime again because I got my g/f hooked into One Piece (>_>b) and I notice a few things that we seem to overlooked or didn't get an explanation yet; Oh and I come up with a theory on what is the "Will of D."

This was answered, she seems to have a connection to the WG but it was never said how.

He is in charge of the slave trade and freeing islands from the WG. He gets a "free pass" since he's a shichibukai, but other than that not much as said.

I don't know what Dragon has to do with Kuma becoming a cyborg but it seems like it was in exchange for something. I'm pretty sure this was said once, but not sure where, but I'm pretty sure he became a cyborg to make up for his crimes. It was said he committed every act of piracy there was, being known as one of the cruelest pirates.

The part about him being one of the worst pirates was true. Having done every pirate act imaginable etc. It was said during TB by Lola. What probably happened was:

He was caught by the WG. He was given some sort of ultimatum, either go to lvl6 and rot or be used for our human experiments. Since he was feared by pirates, marines, and everyone alike, it worked to say hes part of the "shichibukai" but his real purpose would be the creation of the pacifista.

I'm not sure that they actually are. The weapons are their excuse for excuting anyone involved and they obviously wouldn't want anyone rebuilding the weapons but we really haven't seen the government chasing after the weapons. They are more interested in surpressing anything involving the void century than they are in obtaining it.

Its almost guaranteed that the gorousei know the full of the lost history. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually already have a ancient weapon hidden away as their ace. It would answer the question of how we are going to end up seeing the weapons, which we obviously will.
