I'm really surprized Luffy was so effective, but I'm glad the battle wasn't dragged. Also that ending is.. wow. What is happening next is really up in the air but I'm hoping now that everyone is gone she will help him or they'll show it.

wow that was fucking awesome, it's also great that he finished the whole fight in two chapters without dragging this on and then be able to wrap it up all in one go :D. Pretty convenient and gets things moving nicely. As usual, can't wait for next week gdi, must show what's on the backs!

I want to know what this symbol is that they don't want them to see since it obviously doesn't turn people to stone like they say it does. GREAT chapter as usual, this is my favorite all time manga/anime ever. I almost want to say it's the Whitebeard symbol which he would recognize, unless it's something new they'll reveal.

Well since the split up there hasn't been alot of fighting.. but yeah I agree I love the speed in which this is going. Hopefully we can see Zoro or whatever happens next really soon.

What makes OP awesome is the lack of romantic shit in the story. I mean.. there's a little, but nothing serious at all. Sanji's love for all things with boobs is as close as we get.

Maybe I'm reading a little too much into it, but I've always gotten the feeling that something is going on between Luffy and Nami. He's let her hold onto his hat on a couple of occasions and a few other things. Of course Luffy's too dumb to really understand what's going on between them, but that's part of the charm if you ask me.

But yeah, nothing too serious romantic wise is this manga, and that suits me just fine.

first thing i thought after reading this chapter was the fact that luffy befriended a shiki... basicially. i get the feeling kuma and the straw hats are gonna be pimpin too, possible allies for a future epic scale fight?

Especially if it turns out that Kuma knowingly sent them all places where they could grow/get stronger/learn shit to make them all more powerful once they all reunite.
