    I'm guessing it's Big Mom, since Luffy kind of just said he was going to defeat her so fishman island didn't have to keep making candy.

    It would be way too obvious if it going to be Big Mom and I don't see Luffy needing help against an oversized woman. We still don't know anything about Kaido and Shanks is Luffy idol so he won't go to war against him.

    My money is on Big Mom/Mum. Shanks is out. BB would be too soon. Kaidoh is idk. I like Law a lot more now. Pretty level headed guy. The random flip off thing seems so weird, looking back. Maybe it was due to his character not really being refined yet?

    It really doesn't seem strange to me, it shows his growth as a person. When that happened he was still a cocky young supernova who used to kicking ass and taking names, but in the intervening years he has run into some true powerhouses and learned that he isn't as good as he thought. He's matured as a person, that's all.

    I honestly could see it being BB. They mentioned how he had become a huge threat because of running around stealing abilities. I'm not sure if Luffy would be able to beat him atm though.

    I can see it being Shanks, actually. Luffy wanting to show him how strong he's become and wanting to meet him. After all; he wants to surpass him. What better way to show he's surpassed him than beating him in a fight?

    He didn't hesitate to say "Ok, sure!" and seemed rather happy and enthusiastic, so it can't be any random Yonko.

    I get the feeling Luffy only asked to make sure it wasn't Shanks. Personally I think it's too early to force a BB fight, Shanks confrontation will be later most likely after where ever this overall arc leads. Seems to obvious to be Big Mom, so I would guess this is to introduce Kaido in the story.

    It doesn't fucking matter who Law said, the team-up means the continued adventures of Luffy's happy-go-lucky crew as it further strains Traffy's patience. And then FIGHTAN. Dis dun be gud.

    If Law had said they were taking down anybody but Big Mam I doubt Luffy would have agreed to team up so quickly. He doesn't have a known grudge against Kaidou, and it just doesn't make any sense for him to confront Shanks or BB at this time.

    Why the secret from Oda then? Luffy just declare war recently and I just don't know why he wouldnt reveal the name if that was the case.
