I think people might recognize an admiral. Especially if he had such a drastic trait like being blind. But who knows. I have no real opinion on who it is yet.
We still don't know who the 7th shichibukai is. Or rather, the 7th before Law and DonFlamingo are out supposedly.
I'd find it odd if the new Admiral or a Shichibukai candidate just happened to be hanging out on Doflamingo's island. Either way, this chapter was badass and I'm psyched to find out who the blind guy is.
I think OP might be on break this week. Saw someone on /a/ post about Oda being sick.
I hope it isn't true.

This will be an interesting arc.
A sword fighting tournament and Zoro doesn't have his 3rd sword.
Would love an arc where everyone just wrecks face from the start without having to be gimped for the first half of it.
He got his sword.. they beat up the dude that took it.
I'm not sure they did get it back yet. It looks to me as though Zoro, Sanji and Kinemon chased after the "faeries", while Franky stopped Luffy from following so that they could interrogate the guy who tried to rip off the blind dude.
So who's going to end up eating that fruit?
Zoro obviously
seriously though not sure, I'm not sure what luffy would do with it
Either colby would get it or that crazy gravity guy will end up protecting it for the navy
I think it would be a cop-out if Luffy, like Blackbeard, managed to get 2 types of fruit powers. He's a rubber man, he has been from the beginning and he will be by the end. It's his bread and butter.
I can't see it being anyone on the crew. They all already have their own niches when it comes to fights. Like Vandole said, Colby makes sense. He's climbing the ranks of the Marines, he's close enough to Luffy for Luffy not to be upset with him getting it, and he needs a fruit power to not only match Luffy having a fruit power, but to give him a reason to become a Vice Admiral/Admiral eventually. He's Luffy's mirror character. As Luffy strengthens and progresses in the pirate ranks, so will Colby in the marine ranks. And he needs a power to do so.
On top of that, Colby is training under Garp who was Ace's adopted grandfather. If the blind swordsman gets his hands on the fruit and protects it for the navy (which I think just might happen this arc), it's not far fetched to think that it would make it's way to Colby sooner or later, just not right away in this arc.
That's be weird, having a volcano man and a fire man as admirals.
Omg haha
