First arc is Chopper's right? They stop Arlong (another fantastic arc), go past Loguetown (hello Monkey D. Dragon devil fruit power speculation), cross the entryway/redline or whatever it's called, meet Laboon (who is also brought back in grand fucking fashion later on) and then it's off to that snow island if I remember my shit correctly.

Or wait... they meet Vivi at some point before that I think, which introduces Baroque Works which also becomes a fantastic arc later on. Fuck, I'm starting to reminisce, I'll have to go back and re-read some of those chapters

I'm curious whether Rebecca will join the crew, but yeah. He's probably going to say no. Although he will most likely need them when he goes up against some of the other Yonko later, as they're a few thousand strong, with artificial devilfruits.

Rebecca is -not- joining the crew. She is perfectly happy to stay with Kyros.

Also for what it's worth this could theoretically get Luffy to be put on Yonko status by the WG. Even if he isn't as strong as them individually (though I would say he's fairly close)
