Up to the Navarone G-8 episodes now. Alabasta, Rainbow Mist & Jaya/Skypeia was a helluva ride!

I would ask about how Gol D. Roger managed to find the Golden Bell without anyone else knowing, but I'm guessing that will be revealed later.

Navarone is a filler arc if I'm not mistaken. But it leads into Water 7/Enes Lobby which is one of the best arcs in the series as far as story, comedy, character and world development, and power-ups go. You're in for a treat!

I fucking love these chapters. These "in-between island" chapters always push the story so much. This chapter alone tells us:

-Kizaru is still an Admiral
-That there's obviously a 3rd yet to be revealed Admiral
-CP9 still exists (and Rob Lucci is alive and well, albeit I have no idea who he was talking to in person)
-That the Revolutionary Army presumably stole a ton of weapons/SMILE fruits/whatever that Doffy's crew was making and shipping out from Dressrosa
-It gave us closure on Dressrosa and it's happy ending
-Brought up Reverie again and indicated it's coming up
-Showed that Doffy was alive, was on his way to Impel Down, and could potentially be freed by another of his pirate family members (who looked familiar but I couldn't tell who it was, I think the pirate ship they were on though had a Kaido flag)
-It set up the biggest fucking showdown in One Piece "History" for the throne of Pirate King/World Leader
-It hinted at the Marines having to take a huge step and that the Revolutionaries were going to become a bigger factor in the story
-It foreshadowed the fall of the Nobles
-It setup how Luffy's "armada" would stay in touch with him via the Vivre card as well as how he'd eventually meet up with Sabo again (exactly like how Oda did with Ace)
-It setup where Luffy and co are headed to next
-And it setup the next story focus with the whole Sanji "alive only" bit.

All the while giving us some fan-fucking-tastic Oda art. The Luffy/Lucy statue and the God Ussop statue (with ridiculous tatababasco face), Bartolomeo's fucking amazing Luffy ship, the reaction faces, the ridiculously detailed background, the fat luffy sharing the vivre card. And those fucking new wanted posters. All updated for post time-skip, the new number values, the new pictures (Sanji's, Franky Shogun, GOD USOPP, Nami still somehow posing for hers, Chopper's upgraded pet status lol.)

Chapter was amazing and had everything I love about this manga. And I'm 100% with Vandole!!!

Who's bounty is now higher than everyone but Luffy and Zoro's. Which is fucking amazing and going to make all those stupid people who argue "Bounty = strength" shit their stupid 'power level' loving pants.
