Mangapanda was overly awful this scan. The dialogue was just bad and it didn't flow, it made it seem like a couple pages were missing which I hope is true.

Here's a note from the TL that did Mangastream's OP this week (the usual TL was off for whatever reason)-

Also, the whole thing about having a letter from Sanji. Being Japanese, the line is super vague and it's quite unclear if he mailed a letter, sent a letter, left a note, if the letter was even from Sanji or they had a letter about him, whatever. Simply put the line was literally "There's a letter. It'll work out." You can see why Japanese doesn't work literally translated most of the time

I read about that earlier too. Pretty interesting what goes into getting the chapter scanlated for the pirate public (get it... pirate public... one piece thread?!?!?!). And really, it's just so we get the chapter about a week before it's actually released.

The anime also just covered Zoro taking down Pica. Dragged out as hell but still did a good job of making Zoro look like a badass. 6 Chapters until Gear 4 in the manga so probably a month until it debuts in the anime. So the Dressrosa arc probably won't finish until like late January and it'll most likely be followed by a filler arc to give some more buffer for the Zou arc in the manga

At least with the speed at which he moves the story along next chapter will likely show the reason why Jack won and work as the introduction to the Duke we're about to meet and wrap up the flashback.

Anytime I see Bleach posted on Mangastream and not One Piece, I just assume it is the week off the author gets every few weeks.
