i kinda suspect the chief(of impel down) cannot go into level 5 because of the nature of his ability....

Just like how mr 3 cant be much use after lvl 3

just a matter of time he fully controls it

and then everyone in the "New world" knows it as well

so it will be back into on par fights

because for now, luffy have been pwned by 3 person already......

kuma, battlemaru(that fatty with axe lol i dunno actual name) and mikey

so what if luffy master it. generals like yellow monkey still can handle it. just that its an on par, much nicer to watch fight, than to pew pew laser beam and pwn the entire bubble town.

Yeah that was the first of many Luffy pwnings. I mean he got rocked before too, but usually got back at them. OP is interesting because he keeps losing, and doesn't just get OMGWTFSUPERSTRONG to beat them back. Though I guess he did get strong after Aokiji, since he said after that he made the gears to protect his crew.
