Now that I had time to think about it, my newest theories:

Spoiler: show

1)They're gonna save Ace by doing "Demoning Away", and at least keep him there till Luffy is well enough to get him out.
2) Bon Clay will be changed into a chick and join the crew like that (creepy, but resolves the VA issue + makes him less gay)

I do not see Bon Clay joining permanently. There's just nothing I see motivating him all the way to the end of Grand Line. Eventually of course Luffy has to get off Impel Down and that's likely not going to happen without Mr. 2 and Mr. 3 helping him escape. Assuming they all survive, they still need a way to rejoin the rest of the crew. At best I figure Bon Clay will help him get his crew back out of sheer friendship and then the two will part ways. I'm happy that Mr. 2 will be around for the foreseeable future but really it's a stretch to put him in the crew, since his only talents are subterfuge [Nami/Usopp have that covered] and combat [Zoro/Sanji/Franky/Luffy/Brook have that more than covered].

Can't wait for the fight on the auction house steps and for Kizaru to show up. I figure that will be in another 5 episodes or so. Although, I'm kind of wondering what the next filler arc is going to be. The last arc was surprisingly short compared to how close the anime is to the manga, so I'm still expecting some more in the near future. But there isn't any room in the story line to have a side aventure, so if they add anything, it's probably going to be back story. Unless it's some Colbey/Helmeppo stuff. I really have to give props to the animation studio for keeping up as well as they do.
