This is true. I thought the "Oops! I'm already dead!" was funny the first time around, and maybe once or twice after it's many repetitions... but it got old fast. I also thought I was going to see him show us something worthy right when he offers to protect Zoro and Usopp from the PX. Unfortunately, he just got fucked owned by a blast. I'm sure we'll see something cool coming from him though later on.

Looks like I was right in my assumtion that Buggy is gonna get all the blame for this one. Also seeing flashbacks of Luffy + Ace was pretty cool too. Although sadly not much else happened. :/ It was a good chapter, but the fact that there isn't one next week, and ending on this note is kind of weak.

The cover story is interesting. If there's one way for him to "power up" I'd bet that's the best way.

This chapter was pretty funny at the beginning when the Marines really overhyped Buggy rofl. I also enjoyed the flashbacks and it sucks that there won't be a chapter next week.

Was also interesting to see Shiryuu join the crew. However, I think that means we won't see him fight for a while (or I think at least).

So is Blackbeard's only true aim to free Shinryuu then kill Whitebeard? He doesn't even seem to care that he's stuck in a freshly reinforced Impel Down. I guess whatever allows his subordinates to sneak into a top-level Marine fortification without being noticed (One Piece 234 page 09 | One Manga) can move more than one guy? I don't see any other way he's going to beat Luffy to MarineHQ and get to Whitebeard before the fighting going on makes it impossible

It looks like an old lab, I'm betting Vegapunk will be a boss much farther down the line (if he can create PX-level creatures there's no chance Franky could take him atm) so Franky will just get a cyborg upgrade from some old schematics in there or something.

But going a week w/o new chapter sucks ass. I got so bored I decided to DL some of the movies (that I never bothered to watch). Sadly I couldn't wait and watched them already. XD

I think the episode was a bit slow. But that's mostly because I completely forgot if the first half of the episode happened in the manga or not and it felt kinda like filler. Then they were taking their sweet time with the mushrooms, though they seemed to parody it with flashing to each womans face and making that sound effect go off a million times in a row, lol. I enjoyed the episode overall and can't wait for more.

I don't mind these breaks and small fillers because the pace of the story in the manga going smoothly comparing with Bleach/Naruto and we don't have to deal with 20+ fillers episodes like we do in Bleach/Naruto so we can't complain.
