You are insane. In the last 10 chapters alone we've learned how strong WB's crew is, the true nature of the relationship between two critical OP characters, watched Shichibukai fight each other, learned the ultimate fate of Kuma and have seen a ton of comic relief amidst an all out war at Marinford. If you find OP lately at a slow, dragging-on pace then you really haven't been reading it since the Baroque Works arc, when the pacing was much, much slower.

lol I didn't think he was serious, figured he was trolling. And I couldn't stand the pacing of the CP9 fights though I did like the rest of the arc.

CP9 pacing wasn't too great, it was very slow. I'm getting the very slow feel from this arc as well. ID was rush rush rush now it's all mellow and slow. I'd rather have more ID then this part of the arc TBH.

The main problem is this:
There is way too much going on. And instead of showing us what is happening they chapters get shorter with unneeded spreads. Which means it's a longer wait from seeing the stuff I want to see. There are just way too many characters here which means it will take forever to have stuff happen.

This wouldn't be a problem if Oda keeps taking breaking every 2 weeks but I understand he needs time to write the story and having a kid so I rather just bare it in the mean time.

So, the anime is finally getting some filler next weekend. It's going to connect to the movie, so I'm not disappointed about it. I can't imagine it's going to be a lot of episodes though or else it would BE the movie.

That's true but I always liked spoilered intros. Stuff like the 4th/5th opening etc. But that song is so terrible. They chourus goes YAY when the guards do their Nazi salute. I mean what the fucking crap.

seem a bit boring so far this week

John Giant, trying to stop Whitebeard, stands in his way. Whitebeard pulls together the empty space, creates an earthquake, and tilts the island/sea (not sure about the pulling/empty space part).

He then hits John Giant in the chest with an earthquake and takes him down in one hit.
WB aims that quake toward the gallows, but Aokiji, Akainu, and Kizaru, the here admirals, withstand and stop it.

The WB pirates head toward the platform, but a steel siege wall of defense springs up and stops them.

However one section of the siege wall is unable to lift Oz’s body, and Oz’s blood enters the system and weakens it.

Akainu attacks WB and co with “Meteor Volcano” and a meteor magma fist falls down from the sky.

Like I said, nothing new really, and sorry for any mistakes. Don't really get the wall stuff.

I've heard Oda made a special chapter to go with the new op movie about Roger vs the shichibukai, I'm guessing it could be this ch.0. Not sure though sounds a bit fan fic.

Interesting chapter but once again super short. Nice to see WB actually fuck shit up, although he didn't take out anyone too major, just another giant down. Wall thing is kind of weird but can the war just be fucking over already. Waiting 2 weeks and getting 13 pages is so.. bleh.

WB df is pretty cool, was that suppose to be haki that the admirals used to stop wb's earthquake?
About ch.0 I misread shiki, as in gold lion's name, as shichibukai so it's suppose to be roger vs gold lion which makes more sense.

Story takes place back when Roger, Gold Lion Shiki, Sengoku and Garp were in their prime, and Roger was captured.
Back then Roger and Shiki were rivals. Hearing that Roger was captured, Shiki could not believe someone he considered his rival would be captured by the marines, and decided to find out the truth by inflitrating Impel Down himself.
But Gold Lion was captured. He cuts his own legs off to escape.
Back then, Sengoku was an Admiral, and the top was Fleet Admiral Kong
